We try to mantain all the freshness and flavour of the fresh bunches of grapes.
not so heavy and rich in tannin, good acidity balanced , clean in the nose ,refreshing.

Produced with 90% Prugnolo Gentile, 5% Cannaiolo and 5% Merlot
Vinificazione
After fermentation at low temperatures (25 / 28°) in steel or wood vats for about one week
Caratteristiche del terreno
The Boscarelli’s vineyards used to produce the DE FERRARI are planted on soil of alluvial origin, sandy with a good percentage of lime and argil and round small stones. The vines are between 6 and 18 Years years old, and are selected from clones of our own old vineyards.
Plants per hectare c.a 7500/ha.
Invecchiamento
the wine completes hits maturation partly in casks of wood and partly in steel vats for around 6/9 months.
After a light filtering it is bottled at the end of the following summer and is ready by the end of the years.
